Michael L. Werner

Michael prides himself as an attorney who never gives up and never settles for less than his clients deserve. He has successfully handled everything from going against large trucking companies, reckless commercial drivers, and defective product manufacturers. He has served as lead counsel on several class actions and attorneys across the country frequently seek his assistance in high-stake cases. In fact, the vast majority of Michael’s cases are referred to him by attorneys who recognize his commitment to justice. Prior to practicing law, Michael graduated from Emory University School of Medicine where he specialized in anesthesiology. Practicing medicine, Michael witnessed first-hand how the reckless actions of others can destroy peoples’ lives and rip families apart. These experiences drove him to attend law school at Georgia State University. After law school, Michael refused to work for a large defense firm. Instead, he immediately began fighting insurance companies to help clients whose lives were torn apart through no fault of their own. His ability to understand the medicine helps maximize the value of each case, allowing his clients to rebuild their lives after a tragedy. Michael only takes a small number of cases which enables him to give each of his clients his complete focus and attention.
