She is a member of the Georgia Court

U.S. Supreme Court. She provides

and supports them through an
unfamiliar, sometimes overwhelming
process. A persuasive and successful
trial lawyer, Nola captures the

After receiving her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, Nola started her legal career clerking for
Senior Judges in Fulton county and has clerked for two Georgia Supreme Court justices. During her years of working in the
courts of Georgia, Nola gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the court system.
After years of working for judges, Nola moved on and became a partner in a national defense firm where she specialized
in civil litigation. As a defense lawyer, Nola represented the nation’s largest insurance carriers and understands how they
value claims, interpret policies, and litigate actions. She learned the ins and outs of the insurance industry as well as the
tactics that defense firms use to lessen the value of a case. While she was wildly successful, something was missing. She
soon found her passion after handling plaintiff’s cases for friends and family. Once that spark lit a fire, Nola made that
her focus. Armed with the tricks and tactics insurance companies use to deny or minimize the amounts paid to injured
plaintiffs, Nola made the switch and joined The Werner Law Firm. She specializes in high stakes litigation fighting for those
injured and is able to use her distinctive background to maneuver around obstacles to the advantage of her clients.
Being a mother of two and a wife of over twenty-five years she understands the importance of family and how an injury
affects the entire family. She brings the same level of personal attention to each client as if they were an extended part
of her family. At the same time, Nola is tenacious when it comes to helping her clients because she knows not only what
is important to them but what is at stake. Nola prioritizes her relationship with her clients, getting to know them on a
personal level and ensures good communication throughout their case while keeping an intense focus on excellent results.
